      Isaac Code d.o.o. collects and processes personal data of users of the Cow Gazer application, which uses advanced hardware components, including the Cow Gazer Box, cameras, RFID readers, sensors, and scales. Data is processed to ensure the proper functioning of the system and to improve the user experience.

    1. Who Do We Transfer Personal Data To?
      We may share your personal data with individuals, business partners of Isaac Code, and institutions that need the personal data to fulfill the aforementioned processing purposes or to whom we must disclose this data according to applicable laws.
      In some cases, we use third-party processors to process your personal data on our behalf, e.g., providers of backup solutions, cloud solutions, or other IT systems used by Isaac Code.
      If personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, Isaac Code ensures an adequate level of protection by using standard EU contractual clauses in agreements with data recipients or by ensuring that recipients are at least subject to specific certification mechanisms or constitute “safe” third countries approved by the European Commission.
